This is a Panasonic VL-SVE310KLA video intercom system.
It was removed due to equipment replacement.

- Main unit powers on: OK
- Main unit LCD display: OK
- Settings screen display: OK
- When the call button on the outdoor unit is pressed, the call sound rings on the main unit.
- However, it displays U11 Door station not connected and no video is shown.
- The same symptom occurred regardless of whether it was connected to Outdoor Unit 1 or Outdoor Unit 2 on the main unit.
Tested by directly connecting the main unit and the outdoor unit with a short wire.
Possible causes include outdoor unit malfunction, communication failure, or wiring system issues, but we have not been able to determine the exact cause.
The outdoor unit has some dirt as it was installed outdoors, but the main unit has no noticeable scratches or dirt.
It has been initialized to factory settings.
This item is being sold as a junk item for repair or parts.
