It was made about 30 years ago.
There is some rust.
The rod rest side has rollers (they rotate).
The leaf spring part is made of steel and the angle can be adjusted.
The base is likely aluminum.
The butt rest is made of steel.
It weighs approximately 2.2kg.
I believe it is still usable, but
you might want to modify it based on this.
