Yoshirou is written on the bottom of the box and the natsume.
I searched for similar natsume online and found items close to the works of Yoshirou Fukuda of Yamanaka lacquerware. I am not an expert on natsume, so I cannot confirm if this is a work by Yoshirou Fukuda.
This item was found at my parents' home, and I do not know how frequently it was used.
