Vintage 1960s Avon Occur! Beauty Dust 6 ounces with Black and Gold Plastic Conta

Vintage 1960s Avon Occur! Beauty Dust 6 ounces with Black and Gold Plastic Container  Occur! was a famously bold, musky fragrance launched by Avon in 1962.  The fragrance was discontinued in the late 1980s.  - This beauty dust and container is new, without the original box. - It contains a 6-ounce package of beauty dust, though the paper on the package has a small tear on the edge. - The applicator poof is an off-white color with the signature Avon ribbon across the top for your hand to hold the applicator poof.  The Avon lettering on the applicator poof is gold. - The black and gold plastic container is approximately 5 inches in diameter (at the base) and 5 ¾ inches in diameter (at the lid).  The lid has a plastic gold ball and the base has a gold stripe around the bottom edge.  The gold finish has some visible wear and the black container has some visible scuffs.  On the bottom of the container there is a circle with the lettering: Avon Products, Inc. N.Y. Occur! Beauty Dust Net WT. 6 OZ. Made in the U.S.A.  During the 1960s, Avon typically stamped its company information (Avon Products, Inc., New York, N.Y.) in a tight, circular pattern directly on the bottom center of plastic bases.  Please see photos for condition.  The powder/dust paper has a small tear on the edge.  The gold finish around the bottom of the container has some areas of wear.
